Request a Group Visit

Thank you for your interest in visiting the University of Oregon! Before requesting a visit, we ask that you please read and agree to the following guidelines.

Prior to visit:
Please submit your visit request at least three weeks prior to your visit; we may not be able to accommodate late requests. Visits are contingent upon the availability of student ambassador staff, admissions staff, and/or staff and faculty of additional departments you would like to meet with. Once we review your request and confirm our availability on the dates you requested, we will send you a tentative itinerary. Please review it and reply with confirmation at your earliest convenience. If the number of visitors changes after your request is submitted, please notify us. Parking instructions will be provided via email with the final confirmed itinerary. The organizer of the visit must communicate the visit schedule, arrival instructions, and contact information with chaperones and drivers prior to the visit.

Group expectations:
Please arrive on time. If you feel that you may be late, please notify the Ambassador Program by calling or texting 541-346-1274. We will do our best to accommodate any changes in schedule. However, some activities may be shortened or canceled. Groups should have no less than one chaperone for every 10 students. Chaperones are responsible for the behavior of students during the visit and must stay with the group at all times. Chaperones should keep the group on schedule and follow the established itinerary. Groups larger than 25 people total will be split up into smaller groups. Please be respectful of the UO campus, students, faculty, and staff. Come prepared with questions. Be prepared for Oregon weather. Have fun!
